Heres a guide to kill the Kalphite Queen! Take extra precautions then what is listed below as the Kalphite Queen is the strongest Creature in Runescape!
The Kalphite Queen is obviously the hardest monster in Runescape, dropping arguably the best and rarest item in the whole game, the Dragon chain mail body. Her combat is level. 333 and she uses all 3 methods of attack. (melee, range, and magic) To kill her is a feat for one person, to kill her many times is an accomplishment but it will be for you and your group/clan as its nearly impossibly to kill her twice in one trip alone~ Here are some key things to do when preparing and fighting her. (I suggest you have a good defense, 60+ preferably, and have a combat of 70+ and range or magic of 60+)
The items you will need. I bring an Anti-poison potion, preferably a super, if you think you and your clan can take more than one Queen on then bring a Prayer potion too. You "can" bring a Defense potion, super or not, it does help. One person will have to carry two ropes, or two people can each carry one. Bring some runes for teleportation, as you will definitely need to teleport out at some time, don't use jewelry, as when you are hit, the screen that shows you where to teleport will disappear, and it takes a lot longer to use. Another good teleportation method is the use of ectofuntus. One click and your out of there! If you dont have ectofuntus and you don't use inventory space for teleportation runes as well as not taking the chance of a ring of life a good option is a lleyta crystal. Just like the ectofuntus it teles u out of the Kalphites harm. MAKE SURE you bring two, count them TWO methods of attack, one Melee and one air attack. (range or magic) I will explain why later. The rest I suggest is food. Lobsters and/or Swordfish are ok, but if you want a prolonged fight, use Karumbwan and/or Sharks. Also, do not forget your Shantay Pass and Dragon Scimitar won't work on her. Here are a pictures of what you should bring.

I ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND BARROWS IF YOU BRING TELEPORTING RUNES!
OR IF YOU WANT TO SAVE SPACE WEAR A RING OF LIFE!( but i would rather suggest tele runes incase the queen hits a higher number then 10%...then u die  )
Her first form uses 2 prayers, Protection from Magic and Protection from Range, so your only method of attack is Melee, I suggest you use a Halberd, as it takes only 1 space, and it has a distanced attack, keeping her from hitting you with her jaws. Plus, if you use a Dragon Halberd you can use its special attack, for 2 hits, and with a lot of people doing that the hits really add up. Iban Blast WILL NOT work on her, it has been tested and proven, many a people have asked that. Also refrain from using Bolt and under spells, and refrain from using arrows weaker than steel, you will hardly hit her with these so its a waste. Jot that all down in your noggin' cause you don't want to be hitting her and not doing anything, that makes you a useless sitting duck.
Many people go to Runescapes forums and post, "HUGE KALPHITE QUEEN HUNT" or "MUST COME TO QUEEN HUNT NOW" but unless you plan on waiting a few days and bumping those topics like crazy, if won't work out. I suggest you form or join a clan that will participate in these kind of events. (I.e. King Black Dragon and Kalphite Queen killing trips) If your taking under 5 people who aren't above/around 100 combat, prepare to be slaughtered, level 333 is no joke, she can hit in the mid 30's with everything she has, and trust me, she hits "constantly" so please, don't go unprepared.. (I will explain how she attacks and so forth later on). On her 2nd form she has an army of workers attack also.
(Supposing you are the ring-leader, you are giving the orders) Alright, this is what you've been waiting for, the fight. I suggest you have all your people in the Shantay Pass, make sure they know what to do, (suggest they read this) and tell them to stand on one side when they "are" ready to go. After everyone is ready, go through the pass and run strait west until you come to a "!" on screen, this is the Kalphite's Home Sweet Home, have one of the rope men or you, put a rope on the tunnel and go down it, after you go down start following the tunnel. RuneHQ has a map on their site, go and look at it, follow it and when you reach the soldiers, put yourself on run and run until you reach in front on the Kalphite Guardians. This is it, look up ahead, there is another tunnel, signal and everyone run for it and put the other rope on it, climb down and you will be in a large open room, most often the Queen will be on the other side of the room, giving you some time before the fight, but sometimes not, be prepared to use a "protection from" Prayer (more later) and attack!
She is massive, nearly twice the size of Kalphite guardians (there are 2 in her chamber), and packs a walloping punch, she can do up to the mid-30's with every hit! She has 2 forms, one a giant beetle, and the other a giant wasp. After you take down all her health in her beetle form she opens her shell, and flies out as a wasp. After killing her as a wasp, she is finally dead. Now this is VERY IMPORTANT, when a beetle she can only be hurt with Melee attacks, as she is on the ground, when a wasp, she can only be hurt by Magic or Ranged attacks, as these attacks shoot her in the air. Remember!
Her Magic attack is very interesting, her jaws turn blue for a seconds, and her Magic attack fires out, once fired it bounces from person to person, hitting them, it will then cycle itself after it has hit every person. Spreading out makes the distance between bounces a lot greater, and no matter the case, its always best to SPREAD OUT!!

Her Range attack is also interesting, they are whats called "Barbed Spines" and they look like masses of arrow shafts flying through the air. Often she will shake her abdomen and barbs will fly out in often 1 direction hitting many people or sometimes in a few directions.

Her Melee attack is a bite from her jaws, or a kick from her two front legs.

While smaller less-prepared groups may only kill her once a trip, or maybe not even at all, larger powerful groups may kill her many times before having to restock and/or regroup.
Establish a Ring-Leader, one person who checks and makes sure that everyone is prepared and in their place and one person everyone-else can follow.
Have many supply's stocked on your trips, people having to stop and fish, or make potions will make everyone else mad and waste a lot of time.
Don't forget to make sure how you will split the spoils, many a clan doesn't get that straight to start with and the spoils are argued over, and sometimes the money issue will split the clan apart, especially over something expensive. (I.e. a Dragon Chain)
Your Prayer type, if you are wearing Dragonhide armor, then I suggest you use protect from Range, if you are wearing Plate armor, then I suggest you use protection from Magic. Also, the more people, the less her Magic attack will hit, so use your prayer accordingly.
When fighting, SPREAD OUT! When spread out her Magic attack bounces off people slower and she will spin like crazy trying to fire her Range or Melee attacks.
